WHAT TO BE GRATEFUL FOR

Since unhappiness comes from the idea of lack, the opposite is the idea of gratitude for what is.

I've added a section called What To Be Grateful For (click on title above to link) so that you can have something that will instigate more ideas for you to use and hopefully to help in keeping that "attitude of gratitude" that will serve you toward greater happiness.

It is my opinion that there is no greater creator of happiness (and/or uncreator of unhappiness).

Spend a few hours at getting these down, as it will pay off tremendously in your life. The benefits are far beyond what you currently believe!
