Happify Yourself

Although I receive a substantial number of emails from blogs with gratefulness and/or inspiring messages, I often don't read them, as they seem to drift into the background, no longer catching my attention.  

It seems that somehow short videos are more impactful.

And Happify.com provides those - three a day of inspiring and/or touching video that will change your perspective and/or make you happy and/or make you laugh...

I'd recommend that you watch them during your morning grounding, or even as you're getting ready in the morning (even in the background, as I'm sure they'll still get your attention) or shortly before going to bed, as it could change what you "think of" while you sleep and even possibly change your attitude the next day (and remember that what you learn right before you sleep, or even nap, gets consolidated into the memory at a higher level).

Happify.Com has done a magnificent job - I recommend that you subscibe (free).

Some people develop their own playlists on YouTube, perhaps selecting from my choices on the playlists on the "KahunaKeith" channel.

(I am posting these from an app that doesn't have linking on it, but it is so easy to use that I am much more inclined to do posts.  Any links that I copy and paste into this page, instead of being able to just click will require you to use The Site's search engine or to copy and paste it into the address bar of your browser.  The easiest way is to use your CTRL (on in Mac, your command key), by highlighting what is to be copied, copying it while holding down the CTRL button and the C key, after which you click on your address bar and paste the address into it, using CTRL and the V key.)
