You cannot succeed in life without this key foundation for your life...

We see many, many really "smart" people not do so well in life.  When they see they are not doing so well (if they see it!), they gather more and more knowledge to overcome/battle it - but they miss gaining the most important knowledge, the knowledge that will make the most difference in their lives of anything the can do....

Yes, we all know that we need to learn how to better manage our lives, but if we continue to be deficient in this one thing, we cannot succeed in life.  No wishful thinking, no trying to override it or "I'll do it anyway" will succeed.  We simply cannot live a good life without this!

It is obvious when we point it out and note the effects that show up in life.  (Are they happiness, ease, and being powerful or are they stress, anxiety, fear, procrastination, paralysis, emotional barriers?)

It is at the foundation of your managing your life.  If you don't manage this, it will take over your life and handicap you throughout your life.  If you fix this, you will fix your life - and demolish the barriers you've allowed to hinder your life.

Quite simply, it is "emotional competency", the ability to manage our emotions and thusly our behavior.  If you don't manage it, then your thoughts and emotions will be in constant turmoil and conflict, taking over much of your brain and leaving you with little space to think - and it'll make everything you do harder to do.  When you gain emotional competency, life and the doing of life get to be much easier, smoother, and incredibly more happy!

START HERE, DO THIS...

Perhaps you might start with this piece and see how you are doing in it:  Emotional Intelligence/Competency.  Then visit The Life Effectiveness Quotient - The Actual Cause Of Life Success (and take the test).

Then, I suggest that you obliterate your emotional barriers to living life.  Read, and master, Emotional Management.  Do whatever it takes to remove the emotional blocks, especially anxiety and fear thinking.  Spare no effort, spare no cost - get on with decimating the blocks and creating a whole new life.  Take whatever workshop that helps create the foundation (such as my top recommended one The Hoffman Institute).  Do whatever counseling and coaching is needed.  Read the site.  Read as many books as needed.  Apply what you learn.  No matter the cost, no matter the time and effort, develop the foundation for making yourself no longer being weakened, stopped, paralyzed, etc. so that you can powerfully live life. Stop at nothing less!!!!

Note that in building a building or in building a life, one must build a strong foundation first!!!!!

Your choice:

Continue to "let life suck" unnecessarily, settling for alot less in life.

Or

Learn absolute emotional competency and live a great life.

"But", you say, "I'm too busy to stop and fix this!"

That is the same as saying that you will do nothing about it, which means of course that you choose to continue the struggle and fear and anxiety in your life, drifting along, living Groundhog Day over and over and over and over....

No matter how "busy" (which is a sign of poor life management!) you are, you can take 5- 7 hours a week to attack this (or just go do the week long focus and completion workshop and make very rapid progress by doing it the right, most effective, most efficient way!).
