THE DAMAGING “THEMES” OF LIFE

(Click on the title of the post to read the entire post.)

Although listed elsewhere (in Key Beliefs To Install Late At Night), I thought this was worth isolating and focussing on:

"THE DAMAGING “THEMES” OF LIFE

I tried, above, to limit the number of affirmative statements to the key themes in life that occur, based on this list:

Being afraid that you cannot handle life or what comes up in it.

Being afraid of little things (which is most of the fears, which pass with no real effect).

Being afraid of not being good enough (or worthy enough)

Being dependent on others, as if one’s survival depended on it (it doesn’t!) - having to be rescued, loved, and/or approved of - a true killer of life!!! (Being free of this is true freedom!)

Being afraid of what’s in the mind, its thoughts, its fears (especially The “Inner Critic” myth and its cohorts)

Being afraid I don’t have enough

These are addressed above, but if you want to investigate more (which is a good idea!) and really nail these down so that they do not forevermore plague your path, put a phrase into the search engine of the site.   I can testify that being free of these is a super-gift, the very gift of life (getting it back, anyway)!!!"

Did I miss anything major? Any feedback? (Contact)
