The book is excellent, though it has "bold", sometimes seemingly "woo-woo", language - but I can assure you that what is in it has substance and reality to it.
Of course, you have to implement, install, follow through, insert these into your life, or there is only a fraction of value to you to read this, or anything else.
A worthwhile book to read! But please don't leave it until you've completed everything of value in it!
