While people do Netflix binges, I’d recommend that they instead do a “transformation binge” with free YouTube Videos. I’ve “curated” (selected and put in order) a number of selections from the high success gurus. Go to their pages on the site (link to them from the list on the Success Resources Page).
I think you’d find the sequences on the Tony Robbins’ Directory Of Resources page to be a good starting place.
