More than the "I am enough" affirmation: the actual decision and understanding ..

(In email, click on the post title in order to read the entire post.)

It is quite beneficial for a person to willingly immerse oneself in affirming that "I am enough!", especially after a lifetime of not quite being sure about it.  I support such a thing.

And I also think that there is considerable value in further "firming up" the basis for the affirmation.   (Read for greater understanding:  Using Affirmations Effectively, Rewiring Your Brain, Your Philosophy, And Your Outlook.)

It would seem that we should be sure to understand completely "why one is enough, at the core".
Going deeper to understand sufficiently that "I am enough" is an actual truth is highly beneficial, as doubt never again creeps in later.

Here is the approach that I think is useful for really installing the truth, permanently:

I Am Not Good Enough - Not!

I  Am Whole And Complete - "I" Need Not Get Better - This Is Why.
