What is causing me to feel ______? List what to do about it...


This is one of my favorite “starter” lists, starting one toward thinking constructively.  It is recommended in the book recommended below.





Of course, you would construct at least a mini-plan for each.

Try this on something you are “feeling bad” about, especially something involving fear/lack.



One of my favorite books (though I’d suggest you pick and choose from it what will have the highest return for you) is:  Thoughts And Feelings - Taking Control of Your Moods and Your Life , McKay (one of my favorite writer-psychologists).
