    We strive to reach a situation where any question re how things are done or why they are done, or why this way, would only get one of these two responses:

    1. Here is the SOP / decision system used and the result of said analysis.

    2. Ah, that's new, let me write a SOP / decision system for it and present you with it / the result of said analysis by ____.

    Also, you seem to indicate that having Sam's and/or Michael's book on the shelf, unread, or read but not implemented might be unhelpful to life or business.

    Sounds good to me. I'm in.
