If you fall, figure out why and then...
If you find yourself “falling” (or “failing”) AGAIN, that simply means that you are not going back and looking at the whole process that caused the fall and then correcting and/or filling in the steps so that your system you are using will produce the right result.
We often get stuck in the “philosophizing” about our falls and get into “acceptance” or “gee, I just didn’t know enough, and that’s ok, I’m not a bad person”.
But that misses the whole point.
While philosophy and the way we look at things helps us with part of the process, we need to fill in all the blanks in between. We need to describe everything in full detail about what went on and then put next to it (in the right column) what would work and/or what was missing. And often we’ll find that there is something else to learn, so we go do that. And we don’t quit until we’ve got a system that works!
