My values exercise while at Mindvalley University


An exercise we did this afternoon at Mindvalley University was about distilling your values in life into 3 to 5 primary main values, which I then inserted into my master plan for life.  Part of the exercise, and a major point of doing the exercise, was to determine if we were really offering in life that which really fits our values.
