A few key points on the Ray Dalio Ted interview on what will happen to our economy...

You should know this for planning purposes...and for general wisdom. Yes, it's discouraging, but...

We have a systemic breakdown and loss of resources and will be having a depression, per Ray Dalio, a super top investory and philanthropist, on Ted’s What coronavirus means for the global economy (Video).  See also his series on LinkedIn (subscribe for free): The Changing World Order and his great book if you’re willing to go deeper: Principles.

Contrary to our hopes to get back to normal and better, we will not fully recover.

This is worse than 2008.

It’s bleak.

Globalization will diminish.  We’ll deglobalize to some extent and that will cost us economically (resulting also in higher prices).

There is a very interesting discussion of the changes needed in capitalism.

Those are just a few notes,  I hope you get chance to watch it.
