If you don’t have a great ability to talk to the lower brain after it tosses up a negative thought, then you’re pretty well screwed.
So many people, particularly men, see negative thought as something to overcome with power or to dismiss.
But any master of life only got there by adopting methods like this: (The author’s book is also recommended for anyone but the super-enlightened.). And, no, it’s not “affirmations” or “stop!”.
