Grounding yourself every day will have you feeling confident and strong and totally in perspective for the day.
Never start a day on less than solid footing.
Realize that you have more than enough, are more than ok.
Make sure you do not enter the day rushed, anxious, uncertain.
Make sure you see the day in perspective, so that you are operating at a higher level for the day, and every day!
Do the reading list, follow the examples, and use the tools. Yes, you'll have to "do your homework" to establish a solid foundation for this practice, but the worth of it is truly priceless!
