I would say that this is the whole ball game, the whole of life. This is what it is all about.
We as humans get value out of life from that which means something, which feels good - and the ultimate feel good and purpose of life is to feel happy about our life and ourselves.
And we are all aware of the idea, perhaps not clear on it, that it is our "attitude" that makes the difference.
Now how in the heck do I get the right attitude?
An attitude is just a way of looking at things, a viewpoint, but it doesn't come about by magic or efforting to conjure it up.
It is constructed. One step at a time. (Using the construction methods and steps on the site. See link, below.)
WHAT SHOULD I DO ABOUT THIS AND HOW FAST?
If you are stuck in disabling beliefs that get in the way of your life, then it would seem blatantly obvious that you should do a full forwarding game and do it as soon as possible. It does not make sense to tolerate anything less than a quality life for any longer than is necessary. This would be your first priority to not stop working intensely on until you get to a "good" level, at which time you could go into a "normal" mode of processing as issues come up.
Do an intense, immersion in this, collapsing the time into a short period, using "accelerators" (such as other people and a good program where you are in retreat and therefore not distracted).
Do the one on The Site (Changing Beliefs) or, better yet, do the one you pay for that is also invaluable, such as The Hoffman Institute program.
Do not let yourself live in fear, anxiety, not thinking well of yourself, scared, on guard, stopped in many ways... for any longer in your life...!!!!

Note that a naive look at this would suggest it is about trying to talk positively, etc., but the solution is actually much deeper than that - and it is vital to implement it. It will be based on solid substance, as the only lasting way to go.
