A "device" to check in and feel better, right now!

An interesting, free app that looks like one that people will actually use.

It has a check-in on how you're feeling (and graphs over time) and then selects a few short meditations that would apply - you can pick the one you want or listen to all of them.

It is easy to stop and check-in ... And immediately "handle" how you feel and/or create how you want to feel.

With this app, you can develop and apply kindness and compassion in your daily life through a process called STOP, BREATHE & THINK:


To get in the swing of using it, you might use a daily reminder that beeps you to "checkin" with your stop, breathe, and think device...


This "check-in" is also a renewal process, besides training your mind, so it fits into your "breaks" you take (hopefully) every 60 or 90 minutes.  It is a bit toward the "rest" category, but it also is a "get perspective" process...
