While Stephen Covey's The Seven Habits Of Highly Effective People is recognized as a classic in how to live a better life, Tony Robbins two major massive works seem to not be as widely recognized as such. But they absolutely are and should be on everyone's 'Must Read" list.
His Awaken The Giant Within has now been "re-done" in Re-Awaken The Giant Within, which has now been released for free (as a download) by Robbins.
I recommend that you get it. https://www.tonyrobbins.com/ebook (copy and insert in the address bar if it doesn't link)
Though "reading" it will do some good, I urge you to not stop short of actually using it to benefit your life. You'll note a theme on my site that most people succeed only a fraction of how much they could succeed AND leave in their lives that which has not served them well because they quite simply have "stopped short" of actually doing the work necessary to get to the point of achieving actual desired results. That's a little bit like running the 100 yard dash, but stopping after 10 yards.
Please do not stop short of taking this book and implementing it to the point of effectiveness (results) in your life. You'll know you've finished each part by seeing that you have successfully implemented and achieved the actual results in your life. (And you'll be able to show me or anyone else the "proof" that you've done "the work" by sharing the notebook that you will have put together, listing everything from your standards decided upon, your values, your decisions, your revised beliefs and the other key components he covers...)
______________
While I'm at it, though I intend to write more about this, I would like to address the question "Why in heck should I spend about $5,000 (plus other expenses) for a week of the massively exhausting Date With Destiny?"
The first answer to this might be "don't do it if you do not 'complete' it", though I suspect that even if you just let it be an experience that you don't further harvest it still will move your life over at least a fraction of an inch into a higher trajectory that over time ( a year or more) will produce far more than a $5,000 benefit.
However, if you take the week and assure that you "complete" each part of the workshop as soon as possible after the week, then there will be no contest about the worth of it compared to the cost.
The value you will harvest will be so immense that the $5,000 will look like nothing compared to it. If it is not harvested then there might be some doubt and debate.
If you take it AND you do the "completion" of all of what is in it, to the point of implementing it into your life, I could practically guarantee that almost anyone will get a huge payback on it, unless they are a complete nemoid (which they couldn't possibly be if they actually went through the completion process).
Don't take it on my recommendation on its own. Please check it out and gather sufficient evidence to support its worth. You will then, I'm sure, if you're not stuck in limiting beliefs around money, decide to take it...
