As I notice myself slipping into not so good habits, I am reminded to look to see what needs to be done to live at the higher levels of life.
And, though you've visited this subject many times, probably, it may be the time to look at it again - for even greater benefit.
Look at the new list of the costs of not doing this at a good level.
And then follow this newly improved Actions Checklist to make sure you are doing each of these to a virtually perfected level - as it affects the level of your life thousands and thousands of days.
Please heed this, with complete implementation, without compromise!!!!!!!!
It will make a huge difference in your life! (You cannot "get away" with not obeying these rules in life, for you must suffer the consequences if you don't do these!)

Consider this: "The siesta habit has recently been associated with a 37% lower coronary mortality, possibly due to reduced cardiovascular stress mediated by daytime sleep.[25] Short naps at mid-day and mild evening exercise were found to be effective for improved sleep, cognitive tasks, and mental health in elderly people" The reason for a "siesta" lies in evolution, where we experienced extreme sleepiness every twelve hours. If you can possibly do this practice, followed by Churchill and Kennedy, do it and see if you actually will get two days out of one!
And nappers are in good company: Winston Churchill, John F. Kennedy, Ronald Reagan, Napoleon, Albert Einstein, Thomas Edison and George W. Bush... If you can't do a siesta, consider strategic napping.
