WE WANT TO...
We want to live a great life, but our “mind” keeps on leading us astray and causing too many negative emotions. We experience stress, anxiety, worry, fear, threats - but most of it is unnecessary and unuseful. Yet we do not correct the malfunctioning involved in our primitive not good thinking lower mind! We leave “the default” mode of thinking in place, when we absolutely have the ability (follow the instructions!) to correct the thinking and to eliminate those negatives AND to create happiness at a high level.
But if we are to accomplish this “rewiring/retraining of the mind”, we must understand how the mind works and then learn how to work it (which includes how to train it based on how it works). This is an essential part of the process, a step which we cannot leave out if we are to accomplish our end goal.
