Inflammation will reduce your mental health and create a downward spiral in life

(In an email, click on the title of the post to see the entire post.)

Whatever is going on in your body (and mind) will use up a portion of your limited resources.  If there is too much needed to fix something of concern, it will rob resources working at the time in another area of your body, including robbing from the functioning of the brain.  And the lower brains will detect that and go into various states of emergency, as the lack of functioning from the robbed areas is considered a threat to survival (by the monkey mind AND the reptilian survival brain).

When we take in toxins and eat the wrong foods, we create inflammation throughout the body.  That inflammation takes up a huge amount of resources trying to correct this threat.  Mental health is reduced as clear thinking is harder to maintain - and willpower plummets.  Other body functions suffer, with lower immune functioning (as its resources are robbed), lower digestive capability, lower alertness (as energy is taken away from one's ability to focus and to be present), etc., etc. and etc. - and a whole set of dominoes can be knocked over.

You cannot afford to allow this to continue, if you are to have a good life.

I hope that you will learn the basics about this and cure the cause of the problem so that you are not sucked into the juggling and frenzy of the body being in overwhelm to try to adjust to proper well-functioning (Homeostasis And The Power Zone).

Start here:  Inflammation - Effects, Importance, and Proper Treatment, noting the Anti-Inflammatory Diet And Exercise Protocols ...and following them...

Also, it is essential that you follow The Proper Care Of Your Frontal Lobes - The Key To What Creates A Happy Life.

It is amazing to see so many people unaware of these causes and effects on their physical health and their mental health, and their very lives.

I hope you absolutely heed this and implement it into your life!!!!
