I am passing on this article on the Landmark Training as I thought it expressed rather well what people have gotten out of it.   The Landmark Forum And Attaining Freedom From The Past.

If you take it, please "milk it" (learn it deeply) to get all you can out of it.  Please don't leave it at 1/2 of what you could get from this training. Many of the concepts in it are further discussed on  my site, for those who wish to seek further clarification.
