Stress or distress? The Cures

We can live with virtually no distress (negative stress), but enjoy the good feeling stress of going after something we want. 

Here is the answer to a person looking for tips on how to handle his stress.  The "trick" is in handling this at the level of curing each thing completely instead of tips and having to handle the same stresses over and over and over and over

This over-stressing by so many people has gotta be stopped!!!!
