Get much better at managing and eliminating anxiety - a recommended resource

An excellent, very usable resource notebook for processing and eliminating anxiety in one's life.  I recommend it strongly for anyone experiencing the truly unnecessary, overused practice of anxiety!

For those who are going to take the full trip on my programs, use this as a build up that will educate you, make you more aware, and alleviate many of your fears/anxieties, especially in the moment.


However, I'd encourage you to "stay on the train" to your destination and be sure not to stop short of the great transformation that is possible. People get good at the Power Pause Timeout Tool, get some good benefits, and even a "high feeling", but then they stop short of completing the final step and ultimate purpose of the process in that tool: to eliminate ALL of their top fears and not to leave them in place to plague us over and over. I hope you follow the process through! (Email me if you need any further direction in that or to clear it up, after reading about the tool and following the links that lead you to completion.)
