A note expressing transformation results from this resource...

About Brian Johnson's incredible summaries of the wisdom of life - and their effects on your life:

"Oh, my gosh, let me count the ways. Since discovering you in February 2015, I immediately became a member and have made the following changes: I start every morning by 4:45 a.m., meditating for 20 mins., journaling 20 mins., and doing cardio 25 mins./5000+ Fitbit steps while watching your Philosopher’s Notes. I went from a t.v. junkie to less than 5 hours a wk., replaced t.v. with reading books you’ve covered and/or watching more Philosopher’s Notes or other self improvement videos, or tackling items on my To Do list (and working toward my Success List). I’ve drastically changed my bedtime routine and almost always turn my electronics off at least an hour before bedtime and get 7 1/2 to 8 hrs, of restful sleep...

My mood, energy, attitude - you name it - has improved, the “domino/compound effect” has definitely happened here and I can’t wait to see what’s next. You are my role model. I sing your praises to friends, family and clients.

Thank you so much for everything!

The Philosopher's Notes website and resources is a resource I recommend taking a deep dive into, perhaps for one of your "immersion months" [where one picks some great mentor or resource and uses it as a main theme for learning for a dedicated month].  But beware that you don't just flit around.  While you are looking at one of the free video summaries, take notes and ask "how can I put this into use in my life?" and set up the actions you will take (which should be entered into your task inbox systems - Simple, No-Holes Task Management - A Must!).  Do this approach:  Reading non-fiction, for effectiveness (better than the "osmosis" approach!). .
