fact, I would also recommend that you study, to the point of grokking it, his
materials and then implement what you find the most vital. You might want

You Really Understand And Use It. Start, at least, with a full
day (or two 1/2 days) to really get into it and then decide to harvest all that
is useful, to change your life as you go...
