I found this article to be of value: Why Is It Important To Have A Life Philosophy? (It is annotated in an Evernote page, to add emphasis and comments.)
I recommend that you read that annotated article and then consider spending at least two hours writing out your philosophy of life (and continuing on, over the next few weeks to the extent that you find that the exercise continues to provide value for each period of time you invest in creating it). To orient yourself, and to get ideas and points about what to address (including a few things you might just want to copy, as I’ve worked up examples of what are pieces of a highly workable philosophy of life: ESTABLISHING A STRONG LIFE PHILOSOPHY).
Do this and I absolutely guarantee that your life will be noticeably improved...and you’ll be happier, clearer, and much more at peace....
