Q & A with a proactive "life learner"

(In email, click on the post title in order to read the entire post.)

"Tim" is a very active "life learner" gaining more in the last month than most learners might do in a year.  He studies hard and takes notes, assuring that he gets the point.  But, then, on top of that he asks questions that help make better distinctions and understanding of how things work in life.

You might wish to listen into (read) this session in an email (in a 7 page discussion!).

It ranges from how the brain actually works and how we can "mechanically" create different thinking processes and reactions that are no longer agitating or causing one to feel bad in life.  He "gets it" about the most basic fundamental for thinking of oneself: the No Fault paradigm (a tautological truth).

Resistance and the "why" of your not doing what you think would be best to do is discussed.  This is a huge deal for most people and their lives.

And we discuss how the so-called complex emotional problems are actually solvable - and how you can solve any problem that you need to resolve.  And if you don't do the solutions, your life and your brain will be used up by the "unsettled matters".

Consider reading it AND using the information to make your life better: Tim Q & A 1/18/18.
